We Take COVID-19 Seriously

At Embodied Health & Wellness, your safety and trust are of the utmost importance to us. To that end, we have implemented the following policies to keep you healthy and safe amidst the ongoing public health crisis.

FACE COVERINGS

I will wear a face covering for the duration of your session and insist that all clients do the same. Please be sure to bring a face covering with you to your appointment. If you forget to bring one, I will provide a clean disposable mask for you to wear.

SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE

You will receive a COVID-19 screening questionnaire by email a few hours before your appointment. Please take a moment to complete that before you arrive.

DURING YOUR VISIT

Hand sanitizer will be provided; we ask that you use a pump upon entering and leaving the office.

CLEANING & SANITATION

I schedule 15 minutes between appointments to allow time for cleaning and sanitation of the treatment room according to CDC and state guidelines. All surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized prior to your visit using EPA-recommended products and procedures.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are feeling any symptoms at all or believe you may have been exposed, please contact me immediately to reschedule your appointment. I will waive the cancellation fee, even if it's within 48 hours of your appointment time. Let's play it safe and stay healthy.
